Larry joined the Teamsters in 1976 as a driver with Willey's Express until 1989. In 1989 Larry became a driver for Vallerie Transportation until 1997.

Larry served as Shop Steward for approximately 8 years prior to being elected to the Executive Board.

In 1995 Larry was elected to the Executive Board as Trustee, and in 2000 became the Vice-President of Local 633.

Larry currently serves as the Field Representative for the New England Teamsters and Trucking Industry Pension Fund, a position he has held since 1997.
