Jeff Padellaro
Business Agent

Jeff joined the Teamsters as a Seasonal shipper/Warehouseman with Continental Baking Company in 1986, and became a full-time Union member in 1987 with Local 686.

In 1991, Jeff became a Route Sales Representative for S.B. Thomas (Thomas' English Muffins.) In 1993, he was elected as Chief Steward for all Thomas’ locations in Massachusetts.

In 1994, Jeff was elected to the Executive Board of Local 686 as Recording-Secretary. In 1997, Jeff became Secretary/Treasurer, and in 2000 he became the President and Principal Officer of Local 686. Jeff has served as an elected Business Agent since 1997.

In 2001, Jeff co-chaired the Local 686 committee that was responsible for the merger of Local 686 into Local 633.

In addition to his duties as a Business Agent for Local 633, Jeff works for Joint Council 10 as a Field Representative, and serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the New England Bakery Drivers' Council. He also serves as a Policy Committee member for the Teamsters National Bakery Conference, and serves as Trustee for the New England Teamsters Bakery and Sales Drivers Savings and Investment Fund, and New England Teamsters Bakery & Sales Drivers Savings and Investment Severance Pay Plan.

Jeff coordinates Local 633’s school to work initiative working with school age children from elementary school on up, educating them about the benefits of belonging to a Union.

Jeff was elected to serve at the International Convention in 2001 and 2006.
