Ron became a Teamster member in April 1987 at Keene New Hampshire UPS. Since becoming a Teamster Ron has been elected as the Shop Steward of the Keene facility.

In 2000 Ron was elected as a Trustee of the Local 633 Executive Board. Ron has been and continues to be actively involved in all Local 633 activities including Camp Allen, and the Right to work initiative.
